
Let’s get to the bottom of the “organic” trend. What’s the difference between organic and non organic foods? We all want to provide the best and most nutritious food for our families along with minimizing or totally eliminating the toxins to which we are exposed.
Grocery shopping can be difficult and expensive, especially if we are constantly worrying about whether we should purchase organic vs. non-organic foods.
I was always skeptical about the quality of non-organic vegetables and fruit. And today, I have confirmed that I will never ever buy non-organic vegetables and fruit!
I always buy organic vegetables and fruit and quality products (trusted brands.)
This weekend, I tried…to be smart…and save money! So, I went to Walmart.
So, here’s the result: ⤵️

Bugs in cauliflower! Disgusting! Never mind Walmart! No, and thank you for the bugs!
I know, some of you will tell me that even organic vegetables have bugs. In my experience, I never found a bug in any Whole Food, Sprouts or Wegmans’ products! 🤷🏻♀️
Any farmers out there?

Also with non organic fruit the ditributors use wax to make oranges apples etc more shiny so always peel the skin for non-organic fruit before giving to kids if possible.
