Work Besties:
There are besties and there are work besties. Both are deeply important to our overall wellbeing. For those who are mid-career, you can probably think of a few (several?) work besties who helped steer you on the path you’re on today. If you’re starting your career fresh and largely remote, you don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to forge strong ties with colleagues, writes The New York Times, even if it’s by way of Zoom, Teams (I like teams), or any other way. These friendships can boost productivity, morale and they’re just “good for business.”
Today, I have received a message from one of my previous work besties. He said “Hey stranger, I heard you resigned! Would you like to come back home?”

Life Besties:
I am lucky to have friends who care about me. They don’t mind when I go mad and crazy, they know I am a blogger but I don’t share with them what I write. They call me “Trouble”. They know who I am even when I call them losers and selfish. They just know that I mean it but I’m not gonna let them down.
If I ever meet an old friend I miss so much. I will definitely tell him that he is a pathetic loser and hug him. This is who I am.

Having a best friend is one of the most beautiful gifts in life. Whether you bond over your sense of humor, work-life, family things, or everything in between, sometimes it’s hard to put into words what your BFF means to you.
Here’s some friendship quotes:
“Lots of people want to ride with you in the limo, but what you want is someone who will take the bus with you when the limo breaks down.” — Oprah Winfrey
“If you live to be a hundred, I hope I live to be a hundred minus one day, so I never have to live without you.” — Winnie the Pooh (Winnie the Pooh Quotes)
“Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another, ‘What! You too? I thought I was the only one.”
– C.S. Lewis
“Don’t make friends who are comfortable to be with. Make friends who will force you to lever yourself up.” – Thomas J. Watson
“Friendship is the hardest thing in the world to explain. It’s not something you learn in school. But if you haven’t learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven’t learned anything.” – Muhammad Ali
“There are three things that grow more precious with age; old wood to burn, old books to read, and old friends to enjoy.” — Henry Ford
“A friend is one that knows you as you are, understands where you have been, accepts what you have become, and still, gently allows you to grow.” – William Shakespeare
