My Shoes

Let’s talk about shoes! I had several pair of shoes in the past, high heels, flats, boots, and sneakers.

I used to match my shoes with each outfit. I used to browse online at some Italian websites and wish I can travel to Milan and buy all their shoes.

After I gave birth to my two wonderful kids, I have added a size up, gained some weight, and never mind the high heels.

Below is a pair of shoes that I won’t wear even if they give it to me for free.

Vercase $1,500

Anyway, the HEELS don’t like me anymore, they don’t like to see or meet an anxious mama with two kids. They liked me when I was in my twenties.

Today, I had my new shoes on, they’re black loafers, and they’re supposed to be comfortable. Suddenly, while I was driving, my right toe hurt when I put pressure on it. I had a lot of ouch ouch moments.

So, I changed my right shoe at the red light. I always keep one comfortable pair of shoes in my car. And yeah I ended up with two different pairs and who cares! Nobody can see my feet when I drive. 😁

My wacky day!

Well I learn something new everyday. I will buy sneakers for work. Sneakers are trendy and comfortable.

Suits and sneakers are the real deal!

Shopping for white sneakers:

When shopping for the best white sneakers, it’s less about trend-forward or must-have seasonal items; it’s about focusing on foundational, and reliable pieces that take us back to the basics.

Here, Vogue’s ultimate guide to shopping the plain white sneaker:

Classic Leather Trainers

The plainest of sneakers, the simple leather tennis shoe will always be in style.

Tory Burch $198

Canvas Low Tops

For those who seek comfort and don’t need structure, a washed canvas ’70s-inspired skate shoe feels as modern as ever.

90s low top $100

Hook & Loop

Velcro strap sneakers have been around since the ’60s, and these contemporary iterations keep the “no laces look” alive and kicking.

I like this one! Everlane $44

Slip Ons

A simple, no-fuss silhouette that pairs perfectly with a fall attitude.

Acne Studios $280

We’ll just come right out and say it: White sneakers go with everything. you can wear this footwear style year-round on almost any occasion.

One quick advice, if you are a short person like me, don’t wear white sneakers with a dress.
