Books and Ice Cream

Today, my kids had a blast! Playground, ice cream, and books. I gave my kids the opportunity to choose the books they like. Sometimes, It is important to let kids make their own small decisions, stay behind the scenes and guide them.

So, let’s review what they bought from the bookstore:

FIVE DISNEY•PIXAR early readers come together in one book! Featuring stories based on the blockbuster movies: Toy StoryFinding NemoCarsRatatouille, and Monsters. We watched all of them on Disney Plus, but my kids still want to touch and feel books.

My daughter lives in her own imaginary world of fairy tales, princesses, and unicorns. This book is cute! The Fairy School of Magic and Music is putting on a show and twinkle is the star. Twinkle practices and practices to make sure she is perfect on stage. But some things are even better that being perfect.

Got to go fast! What my son repeats when he runs around the house. Sonic hides from the public, until he meets Tom, the police officer. They become friends.

Help! My daughter sings “Let it go” everyday. She has Elsa and Anna toys, pajamas, face masks, books, and another book today! I remember one day I was at work, typing an email maybe, and I randomly started singing “Let it go.” Yeah! The story of my life!

I don’t like video games, and I find them distracting, but I can’t forbid my son from playing video games, weekends only! Digital generation! I’ve got a parental control on all devices. 😉
