Little Artists

Ibrahim’s Art

I let my kids use their imagination, draw, paint, and color. Kids express their emotions through art. Also, art provides opportunities for brain development, mastery, and creativity.

According to the International Child Art Foundation, “Research indicates that a child who is exposed to the arts acquires a special ability to think creatively, be original, discover, innovate, and create intellectual property—key attributes for individual success and social prosperity in the twenty-first century.” artfulparent.com

The world needs a better generation!

Kids love coloring and painting, so keep the art supplies available when they need them. I have all sorts of crayons, coloring brushes, white and other colorful paper available on the dining room table all the time. Yes, the house gets messy with my kids’ coloring papers and other school supplies and toys on the floor, my house is a jungle, and I don’t mind! It is my kids’ zone and not Buckingham Palace.

A masterpiece! This is what they call their art. I love it!

We just love art!
