1/ Being a mom is to clean the mess from a party you weren’t invited to.
2/ It’s always good to catch up with old friends!
Me sending a text message to my bestie: Hey girl! It has been a while, let’s catch up! Coffee?
My friend: Hey, yes…tomorrow at 4:00 PM. Does it work for you?
Me getting ready to go out with my friend: My daughter gets sick, my son has soccer practice, and my husband craves chocolate mousse. 🙄
3/ Me at 2 PM, I’m exhausted, is it bedtime yet?
Me at 2 AM: “Google search” Can squirrels fly?
4/ Me when everyone at home needs my attention, I just stare at my husband and kids and say: Who are you? I lost my memory!

5/ Yes, i am a coffee addict, new addiction since I became a mom! But, I always drink it cold. 🤷🏻♀️
6/ When I have a day without kids and I plan to do a bunch of important stuff…Ahhh, that couch is calling my name.
7/ Working mom is working your job while you are working on your mental health while working on your relationships while working on physical health while working on your family while working on sleep habits while working on self care while working on exercise while working on personal goals – Found on Twitter
… No wonder I’m tired!
8/ I have two types of kids, one wake up in the middle of the night, sleeps in the middle, and one wake up early at 5:00am, and tell me that monsters are under his bed!
9/ If you ever get a comment on your blog from me like “sgatuighbvcfhjk34%#€*+” That’s definitely my daughter who is smart and is able to unlock my phone and send messages to random people! She did it before! 🤭
10/ Best advice I have for new parents: There is no advice! It’s hard, it’s amazing, and everyone around you will have a different opinion on everything. I hope you will like being disturbed even if you are in the bathroom. Good luck!
I agree that it’s not easy to be a parent. But lately, I have found that reading quality books on parenting are also quite useful. Like, they help you understanding your kids and also let you be more patient and understanding. What’s your take on this? 🙂

Yes, I read some books and blogs about good tips of parenting back when I was still a new mom. They were very useful!
