This is going to be veeeery short.
So, let’s think and talk about this week. How was it? Did anyone get anything important in their lives done? Did you make an achievement, a move, a decision, or a change?
Or,
- Did you survive a lot of things this week?
- Did you learn a lot and grew from your mistakes?
- Did you help others?
- Did you make people smile?
- Did you become the light to others?
- Did you realize that you have unique talents and skills?
Obviously the answer will be either yes, no, or maybe one of the above.
I can hear a lot of “This week was stressful!”
So, how to manage the stress level tonight and this weekend? No, not by getting drunk and numb!
I wish people can understand that alcohol is not a stress relief ! I never drunk and will never drink that poisonous thing in my life!
Have a healthy lifestyle!!!

Doing things that you enjoy is good for your emotional wellbeing.

Doing something you’re good at, such as cooking or dancing, is a good way to enjoy yourself and have a sense of achievement.
Make good plans for the weekend! Maybe I’ll go kayak!
Being a Muslim, I haven’t touched alcohol in my whole life, either. Also, because it isn’t readily available in my country.

Nice! But I am sure you have some black markets. Saudi Arabia’s stores sell coke products, and Whiskey available in the back-stock.
Wine, liquor, and beer are all available in Algeria, and unfortunately some Algerians drink!
