Power of Positivity

Today, when I returned home from work, my daughter greeted me at the door. When I asked her how her day was, she replied, “Today was a great day!” I responded, “Me too!”

It really was a good day, and it’s entirely up to us whether we want to keep it that way or let it turn into a bad one.

I understand that at times we face significant challenges on our journey, whether it’s the pressures of work, the chaos of everyday life, or simply the unpredictability of our circumstances.

However, amidst this turbulence, there is a silver lining. Everything, no matter how overwhelming it may seem, will eventually pass. By cultivating a mindset filled with positivity and surrounding ourselves with uplifting influences, we can transform our outlook and experience profound changes in our lives.

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting a dear friend, and I can’t help but wonder whether it was my positive energy, his vibrant spirit, or a delightful blend of both that created an extraordinary bubble of positivity around us. Each encounter with him fills me with excitement as if I am being swept up in a whirlwind of enthusiasm. I truly admire him—not just for his magnetic personality, but also for the intriguing subjects he discusses that ignite my passion. There is something uniquely captivating about him that leaves me feeling happy and inspired!

How I Changed My Mindset to a Positive One:

1. Gratitude:

I made gratitude a habit, which helped me naturally start seeing the good in everything.

This shift raised my energy levels.

2. Limit News Consumption:

I decided not to watch the news, as it often brings negativity and stress.

3. Active:

I incorporate movement into my daily routine by walking for 30 minutes every day. This activity is very helpful and keeps my mind clear.

4 – Mindfulness with My Thoughts:  

I stay mindful of my thoughts and the self-talk I engage in. Whenever I catch myself thinking a limiting thought or speaking negatively to myself, I acknowledge it and let it go.

5 – Uplifting Music:  

The right music can instantly raise my vibration. I choose to listen to uplifting music whenever I need a boost of energy.

6 – Connection with Nature:  

A simple way to attract positive energy is to spend time in nature. I take a moment to observe the natural surroundings, whether it’s a tree or a flower. They rest in stillness and move gently with the wind, radiating a sense of peace that ignites my inner calm.

I’ve also brought nature indoors by caring for some beautiful houseplants. They enhance my space and contribute to my well-being.

7 – Feel the Spaciousness in my Body:

I began by closing my eyes and focusing on sensing my body from within. I noticed a sense of spaciousness, with only a few sensations here and there. After a few moments of this inner body awareness, I felt light and at ease.

8 – Breaks:

I sometimes need a break from my family, so I leave work early to do things I enjoy. This could be learning something new, stopping by a coffee shop to just sit down and read a book, or taking a walk in nature. I focus on positive activities that bring me happiness.

9 – Engage with Positive People:

I surround myself with positive individuals. A good example of this is my dear friend.

Negative people, those who vibrate at a lower frequency, often try to bring you down to their level. The best way to protect your energy is to avoid engaging with them as much as possible. 

This means you should stop giving them your attention—avoid arguing with them, stop dwelling on negative thoughts about them, and try to keep interactions to a minimum.

10 – Law of Attraction:

This is my powerful tool, and I want to share it with you. When I ask, pray, or desire something and truly believe that I can have it, I activate a strong current of attraction that brings me closer to its manifestation. 

The key is to “believe.” If you ask for something but don’t believe that you can actually have it, you won’t be able to see its manifestation. This happens because you will not be in alignment with the vibrational frequency of your desire.
